Terms of Service
These terms apply to authorised business users of ZELVAYA.
1. Service operator
ZELVAYA Commerce OS is operated by the legal entity 广州特帆贸易有限公司. The registered legal name is shown in Chinese to avoid an unverified translation. These terms govern authorised use of the private operating console and its public integration gateway.
2. Business users only
ZELVAYA is not a public consumer advertising service. Its TikTok Ads integration is intended for authorised adult employees, contractors and operators acting for advertiser accounts owned by 广州特帆贸易有限公司.
3. Authorised use
Users may connect and operate only the company's own TikTok advertiser accounts and products. They must comply with TikTok's terms, advertising policies, applicable laws and internal company controls.
4. Account and credential security
Users are responsible for protecting their sign-in access and must not share credentials or attempt to access another merchant or advertiser account. OAuth tokens and application credentials are handled server-side and are not exposed through public pages.
5. AI-assisted recommendations
AI output is operational assistance, not an automatic instruction to spend money or change an advertising account. Authorised people remain responsible for reviewing objectives, budgets, creatives, targeting and compliance before approval.
6. External changes
Campaign, budget, bidding, delivery, creative and audience changes require the relevant permission and a recorded human approval. TikTok Store access is read-only for first-party store and product selection. ZELVAYA records execution and readback information, but TikTok remains the authoritative source for platform state.
7. Data and privacy
Use of authorised TikTok data is governed by the ZELVAYA Privacy Policy. Users must not export, disclose or reuse advertiser data outside the authorised business purpose.
8. Availability and outcomes
The service may be changed, suspended or limited for maintenance, security, platform restrictions or legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, platform approval or a particular advertising outcome.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for unauthorised activity, policy violations, security risk or loss of platform authorisation. Account holders may revoke TikTok authorisation and request disconnection.
