How authorisation and data access work

1. An authorised ZELVAYA operator signs in to the private Commerce OS.
2. The operator selects Public App authorisation for the target store.
3. The console creates a signed, five-minute, profile-bound entry ticket.
4. The public Gateway validates the ticket before redirecting to TikTok Shop OAuth.
5. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and stored separately for each connection and external account.
6. Read operations synchronise authorised records; write operations require approval and are audited.

DATA ISOLATION · 数据隔离

Public listing does not expose merchant data.

Each merchant explicitly authorises access through TikTok Shop OAuth. Connections, tokens, external accounts, sync runs and webhook events are scoped to the authorised account. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Sensitive order details are retrieved only for authenticated operators and are not included in public snapshots.
